| Lenromas kittens leave our cattery not before 13 weeks and not before we feel they are 100% ready. They will be Vaccinated twice, treated against worms and free of fleas. They grow up under foot and once they have the first vaccination they mix with the other cats and also our dogs. They will be vet checked before leaving and leave with a pedigree..The pedigree for kittens sold as pet will be held with us until we have evidence from a vet that the cat has been altered.. This we have had to do because of people unwilling to keep to their word. After our kittens leave we are always on hand for advice and we like to be kept up to date on how the kitten develops. If the new owner decides they want to return the kitten for any reason other than illness. We are happy to take them back and find them a new home but the price paid may not be refunded if we feel it is not a good reason to return. It is a shame we have to do this,but people in the past have tried to get refunds for reason such as,They saw a colour or breed they like more. We feel a new kitten in the family is just that, part of the family. Not something to try out for a few weeks to see how it goes. This we do for the well being of the kitten and i'm sure you will agree it is what is best for them that is most important. |
