and of course our cats.
I have been breeding Siamese for a few years but it has only been the last couple of years that I have  begun to really get into it.I breed Oriental shorthair as well as Siamese. I have 13 cats, so they take up a lot of my time,    ( but they are worth it !!)
It all started when we first moved here and my partner bought me a male seal point because I was missing my cats that I left back in England with my father
Then as happens most of the time I soon realised a friend for my little man would be better so we went to a show and I saw a foreign white and knew that was the one I wanted. After asking a few people I heard of a good breeder who had just had a litter, so 13 weeks later Jakop came to join Hobi.
Then after spending so much time with these fascinating boys and speaking to Jakop's breeder on the phone I started to think about buying a female and the rest as they say is history.
It hasn't always been easy... there have been problems, as any breeder knows, to go with all the joy and love breeding cats can bring also comes the occasional heartache, but the good times help you get over the bad.
I have also met some very nice people through breeding and of course some not so nice, but again with good has to come bad.
Somethings have made me feel held back, especially with the language difference, but as I learn more and more Dutch I feel more confident. I went to my first show with the breeder of our beautiful little girl Blanche and have been again since and i'm glad to say did very well..
So that's a bit about me and I hope you enjoy my web-site.
I am not the best with computers so the site will grow and change slowly until I find out all the good things that can be done with it.So do pop back from time to time to see what's changed and if our family has grown ....
